Shipping policy

At Green Pastures by Lokoto, we carefully prepare and package every order with great care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Norway, with plans to expand internationally in the future. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier but are generally 2–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Green Pastures by Lokoto is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:
